Booking Policy:
Reservations are only valid with Booking Confirmation from Guest House.
Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled or amended by email up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival.
If you cancel in the 72 hrs before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total of the reservation. The no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee. All dates and times are property local time.
You will be charged a prepayment of the first nights accommodation on booking.
Check in from 4pm to 8pm alternative check in times only by arrangement.
Check out before 11am.
Children cannot be accommodated at the Guest House.
As this is a working farm Pets may not be brought onto the premises.
